Page numbering when printing entire workbook
Hi
I have a spreadsheet with 21 worksheets. Each worksheet has a page number in the footer (&[Page] of &[Pages])
When I print out the work sheets separately 'Print active sheets' this works perfectly. When I choose the 'print entire workbook' the page numbers get re-ordered and instead of '1 of 1', '1 of 2' etc. I get '1 of 30'
How can I use the 'Print entire workbook' option and still keep the individual work sheet page numberings?

Thank you for your post. I've had a look at the page numbering settings and Excel always seems to want to show the total number of pages across the worksheets, not just those in one sheet. I've tried all different settings but none seemed to work the way you want it to.
I'll keep trying and I'll also ask some of my colleagues and get back to you. For the time being, it seems that you will have to print the sheets one by one for the desired effect.
