How do you compare a current project against its previous baseline?

RE: Microsoft Project

Hi Graham,

Thank you for your question and welcome to the forum.

Do you have multiple baselines in your project?

The original baseline is always called Baseline and to show the Baseline against the current plan go to the Gantt Chart Tools Format Tab, click Baseline and then select Baseline.

This will place grey bars along with your blue gantt bars.

I hope this answers your question.

Regards

Simon
