Macro

how do you put them on a shortcut

RE: macro

Hello Steve,

Hope you enjoyed your Microsoft Access course with BEST Training.
Thank you for your question regarding Macros.

When you select the option to record a macro from the dialog box, specify a name, and on the same box, you will see an option to specify a shortcut key. Simply click in this field and press a key on the keyboard, e.g. W
This will set the recorded macro to replay when you press Control+W keys.

I hope this resolves your question. If it has, please mark this question as resolved.

If you require further assistance, please reply to this post. Or perhaps you have another Microsoft Office question?

Have a great day.
Regards,

Mark

Access tip:

Hiding rows and columns

To hide a column or row in Access, you need to minimise the column or row. This can be done by placing your mouse on the right edge of a column, wait for the mouse to change to a double aroow and then drag to minimise the column
