Power point

how can I create a stand alone file when publishing into a CD so the user wont be able see the files (that's easy since we can hide them) and rename the powerpoint view file to any name I want (without creating a shortcut, becasue that will require an extra step to locate thee power point view file)

RE: power point

Hi Michail, thanks for your query. This can be done, but is a little involved and requires the use of the Windows iexpress program. Here are a set of online tutorials which are version specific, you'll want the PPT 2007 version.

The end result is a single executable file which will run on machines without Powerpoint and is a very neat trick!

Let me know if you encounter any problems.
