Generating reports

How can you generate a useful report from Microsoft Project?

RE: Generating reports

Hi Pru,

Thank you for your question and welcome to the forum.

As long as you have resources assigned to tasks, a good example of a Project report might be the 'Who Does What When' report available under the Assignments category.

Go to View, Reports and double click on Assignments. Double click on the 'Who Does What When' report and then view the report in Print Preview.

I hope this answers your question.

Regards

Simon
