Can you choose your own options when using voting buttons?

Normally you can simply type your options by simply seperating each of your options with a semi colon.

Please try it and see if it works for you!!

Assign tasks quickly in Outlook

If you right-click on a task this will bring up a shortcut menu. Choose the Assign Task option, then enter the name of the person you wish to assign the task to in the To box.
