Duplicate Entries
I have a wages programme that I am working on and need to see if I have entered names and shift patterns more than once, Is there a way I can have an automatic check in excel that would show me duplicates.
RE: Duplicate Entries
Dear Alf
Thank you for attending Access Introduction course!! I hope you enjoyed the course and benefited from it.
I believe that I showed you the Auto Filter or Advanced Filter method for finding duplicate values.
Please find the below ink that I provided the print out for that shows you how you can use a formula and Conditional Formatting to highlight the duplicate values.

This is another You Tube link that might be more visual:

NB: It is for 2003 version if you want to know where the feature is in 2007 version then please let me know and I should be able to provide you with assistance.
I hope this has answered your query.
If this has answered your query then I would request you to please mark the question as resolved!! If not and you have a specific question related to this then please post it as a new question and we should be able to provide you the solution for it!!
Kindest Regards
