how to send an appointment

RE: calandar

Dear Janice

Thank you for attending Outlook Advanced course!! I hope you enjoyed the course and benefited from it.

The quickest way to attach an appointment with your e-mail is to follow these steps:

1. Go to calendar and then right-click on it.

2. From the shortcut menu you choose forward.

3. You will notice the new e-mail message and the appointment will appear as an attachment.

You then enter the e-mail address of the recipient and then press the send button.

I hope this has answered your query.

If this has answered your query then I would request you to please mark the question as resolved!! If not and you have a specific question related to this then please post it as a new question and we should be able to provide you the solution for it!!

Kindest Regards
