How do check track changes?

RE: Tracking

Hi Debbie

Thanks for your post - hope you enjoyed the course yesterday

After other users have made changes to the document you can go through and track changes on this file, by opening the file and going to the tools menu then track changes you will then see where the users have inserted, deleted and edited the document

You can then go through and accept or reject these, also if you want to adjust any options of how tracking works go to the tools menu and select options you can edit these under the track changes tab

hope this will help
