How do you align text in certain cells in your table?

RE: Table formats

Dear Lisa

Thank you for attending Word Intermediate course!! I hope you enjoyed the course and benefited from it.

If you want to align horizontally then you simply select all the cells you want to align and then choose the Centre justify button on the formatting toolbar.

But if you want to vertically align them then you have to click on the button on the Tables and Borders Toolbar. (This is normally the eighth button from the right hand side of the toolbar. You have to click on the arrow to get various options.

I hope this has answered your query.

If this has answered your query then I would request you to please mark the question as resolved!! If not and you have a specific question related to this then please post it as a new question and we should be able to provide you the solution for it!!

Kindest Regards
