Thank you for your question and welcome to the forum.

Once you have created a chart in Excel, you can adjust the scale on the vertical axis of the chart by double-clicking anywhere along the axis, then selecting the Scale tab.

Here you can change the interval/gap between the tick marks on the axis using the Major Unit box.
