How can I print records in a series (not consecutive)

RE: Access - Printing records which are not together!!

Dear Susan

Thank you for attending Access Introduction course. I hope you enjoyed the course and benefited from it.

If I understand correctly you would like to print records that will be meeting a certain criteria. It is best to create a query.

You can print records that are together but cannot print records that are not together.

If tehere is a specific situation that you'd like to point out to me that you want to print records that are not together then please let me know by giving an example and I'll try to see if we can find a way around this obtacle of printing.

Please mark this post as resolved if it has answered your question otherwise simply press the reply button for further explanation!!

Mnay thanks

Kindest Regards

Access tip:

Remove spaces in a table

If you have a table that has too many space marks littered around, you can create a update query and use the trim function to get rid of any excess space marks
