Reporting

once i grouped a field how would I see them each on seperate pages as a report

RE: Reporting

Hi Mark,

Thank You for your question

Open your report in design view and click on the grouping button. Select the grouped field and click on the group footer check box. This will create a new group footer section in your report.

Next open your toolbox (The button on your tool bar with the hammer and spanner icon). From your toolbox, select the page break control and draw it in the group footer section of your report.

This will force a page break before each new group of data, thus putting them on seperate pages

Regards

Stephen
