is there any way of exporting the gantt chart into any other applications?

Hi Nick,

Thank you for your question.

If you manipulate the split pane between the task sheet and gantt chart to hide the Task Sheet to show as much of the Gantt chart as possible.

You can use the keyboard button PrintScreen and go into another application and then Paste it in.

Alternatively, you can use Copy Picture (Camera icon on the shortcut toolbar) and save it as a gif. Then insert the gif into another application.

MS Project tip:

Typing Links Between Tasks

In the Entry table, use the Precessors column to type in links. Type the previous task's ID to link. To change the link, add FS (Finish-Start), FF (Finish-Finish), and so on, and + duration to add a Lag, or - duration for a Lead time. Example: for task 5, 4FS+1w ... task 4 preceeds task 5, finish to start, with a week lag between.
