what if you need to print more than jsut one name on a label, what do you do?

Thank you for your question.

If you are using mail merge to print your labels (Tools - Mail merge) then this will depend on how your data source for the mail merge is set up.

For example, if you are getting the name and other details from an Excel spreadsheet, you could enter an additional column into the spreadsheet for the second name and then insert this field along with the others when you are creating the labels.
