How long will it take on average for a question to be answered?

RE: Access

Hi Rhiannon, Thank you for your question and welcome to the forum, you now have 12 months free access and can ask a question on any of the courses at whatever level you require, In answer to your question, we aim to answer a question within 1 working day, hopefully we can manage to do so before that time, however there are occasions when we are unable to do so due to pressure of work, at times like that we apologise. I hope that has answered your question, if so please click the Resolved link, thank you once again, best regards Pete
