can I have different peoples holidays in my calender

RE: outlook

Hello Helen,
I hope you have enjoyed your training sessions with us.

In response to your question, you can have your colleagues' holidays in your calendar, but they will first need to "share" their calendars with you. To do so, they will need to do the following:

Go to the calendar section in Outlook. On the left hand side, you should see a link that says "Share My Calendar."

When you click that, you will get a dialog box that allows you to share your calendar with everyone, or only with specific people that you choose.

To share your calendar with everyone, click "Default" in the Name box. Then choose a Permission Level from the drop down below it.

If you only want to share your calendar with specific people, click the Add button. This should open up your company address list, and you can find the person in the list and click Add, and then click OK. That person's name will now appear in your Name box, and you can again specify the permission from the Permission Level drop down box.

I have attached a quick reference for what the different permission levels allow.

I hope this resolves your question. If it has, please mark this question as resolved.

If you require further assistance, please reply to this post. And please feel free to ask any other questions you may have.

Have a great day.
Regards,
Mara
