how do you apply stationary to one email?

Thank you for attending the Office Application Course.

If you want all your new e-mails to use the same stationary (the appearance with some specific colours and pictures) then please carry out the following steps

NB: Please ensure that you DO NOT click on the new e-mail button.

Step 1. In your normal outlook window click on [b]Tools > Options

Copying From Websites

If you find some interesting text on a website that you wish to use and adapt in your wordprocessor or other package, highlight and copy in the normal way first.

When you paste though, use the Paste Special option to insert as unformatted text. That cuts out all the fancy formatting and hyperlinks that may be embedded.
