Excel addition

I have a list of numbers to total, the cells only show whole numbers as the format as requested no decimal places.

I would like the addition at the bottom of the list to add up the rounded up/down numbers and ignore the decimal places. ie

98.90 99
33.45 33
33.43 33
24.40 24
190 189

In otherwords I would like the answer in the first column to come out as 189 rather 190.

I hope I am explaining myself acurately?

Please remember that by increasing or decreasing decimal places you are only changing the format or appearance of the numbers in the cells. It doesn

Sorry I forgot to mention that once you have got the result you may want to hide the original column with decimal places.
Please do not Delete it as Colum B depends on it!!

DATEDIF function

The DATEDIF function is a worksheet function that computes the difference between two dates. This function is documented only in the help files for Excel 2000. It isn't documented in Excel 2002.
the formula function is:
=DATEDIF(Your age,Today(),"Y")
Y stands for year
