Excel printing

How do you print wrapped around text

RE: Excel printing

Dear Nick

Wrapping text is a handy feature especially when you have columns in two three words that are quite long but the data in the columns is fairly small.

To wrap the text within the cells you have can select the specific cells or if you feel that all the cells in the entire column/s need text wrapping then you can select those specific columns.

If there are cells that are not together (Known as Non contiguous) and you needs to apply the text wrapping then you need to individual range ensuring the CTRL key on the keyboard is pressed.

To get to the Format cells dialog box you can either use [b] Format > Cells

Excel tip:

Copying Formulae Quickly

There is a quicker way of copying a formula down a column.

Just point and double click on the black autofill handle in the right hand corner of a cell.

This will work providing you have some data in the column to the left of the column.
