Thank you for your question.
To create a pivot table:
1. Go to Data/PivotTable or PivotChart Report.
2. Ensure MS Excel list or database is selected, and PivotTable is also selected. Click Next.
3. Select the data you wish to create the pivot table from. Click Next.
4. Choose where you want the pivot table placed (New or Existing worksheet). Click Finish.
