PDF printing in Microsoft Word?

Can you print PDF documents directly from Word?

RE: PDF printing in Microsoft Word?

Hi Debbie

Thank you for your question.

You can create and print PDF documents from Word documents provided you have PDF writer software installed.

If you have Adobe's Acrobat Writer installed, then there will be a mini toolbar that is automatically installed in Word which you can use to create a PDF of your document and then print it.

Otherwise there is free PDF writer software (e.g. CutePDF) which you can download and use to create PDF documents.

Word tip:

Use Paint Brush to do Multiple Formating in Word

To copy a format from one piece of text in Word to multiple words or paragraphs

1. Select the word with the format that you want to copy

2. Double-click on the paint brush icon on the Toolbar

When you move to the word/paragraph where you want to paste the format you will notice that a paint brush follows the cursor.

Paste the format to all the words and paragraphs you need to format.

When finished go back to the paint brush on the Toolbar and single click on it to deactivate the function.
