I have a two page document with headers and footers, but i only need header and footer on first page....how do i remove it from second page???

Hi Donna, Thank you for your post, In answer to your question; In a new document or in your existing document; Ensure your insertion point, (Cursor) is on the first page. Go to Menu command Page Setup, in the dialog box under the Layout tab, choose the option Different First Page, this will apply the Header/Footer to that option, then Create your new Header and Footer as normal (Menu command View, Header and Footer) or delete the existing Header/Footer text from the second page, close the Header Footer view, your Header/Footer should now just appear on the first page. Word tip:

Change text immediately from upper case to lower case or vice versa in Word 2010

You don't ave to re-type all the text out again in Word 2010 if you decide you want to change the case of the text. Here's a really quick way of doing it without typing it all out again.

First, select the selection of text you want to change. Then, just press the Shift + F3 keys and keep pressing until the text looks the way you want.
