How do I customise reports?

RE: Reporting

Hi Lydia,

If you click on Report-Reports you will get the report dialog.

You can then select customise reports and select new. You then can give your report a name, choose the table on which it is to be based and select and groupings and filters you require and click on save.

Note you can base your report on a table that you have designed. To customise your own table simply click on tables-more tables and select new. You can then give the table a name and select the fields that you want to appear in it.

Regards

Stephen

MS Project tip:

Email a Task

When you need to communicate important information to your project staff use Microsoft Project 2003 to send them a note using outlook or an e-mail system.

1.In a task sheet, select the task or tasks which you want to send a project note.

2.On the File menu, point to Send To, and then select Mail Recipient (as Schedule Note).

3.Under Address message to, select the recipients of your note.
