Print margins.

I'm currently setting a template document for a client, which they will fill out each time and save as a PDF to email round to staff. I'm having issues getting the elements of the document centred so that they print with an equal border the whole way round. It seems to align it to the right slightly leaving a larger border on the left side. The images are all centred in accordance with the page - not sure what else I can do?!

RE: Print margins.

Hi Sophie

If you are printing the page or just previewing it you may find this alignment issue due to the way that printers print. To overcome the issue, you need to change the page settings. To do this go to file > page setup > margins and then change the page margins.

Hope this helps
David

Word tip:

Move your cursor quickly to its previous position

Use these shortcut keys to quickly move your cursor back to its previous position in a Word document (particularly handy if you are working in a long document).

Hold down Ctrl + Alt + Z (or Command Option + Z on the Apple) to automatically move your cursor back to its previous position. You can use these keys more than once and Word will keep moving your cursor back to where it has been previously.
