How do i create multiple freeze panes

Thank you for attending our Advanced Excel Course.

If I understand your question correctly then you want to know how to freeze a a group of rows as well as freeze group of columns simultaneously!!

If this was your question then the solution is as mentioned below:

please remember that when you apply freeze pane from the Window menu then any column to the left and any rows above get frozen.

for example, if D9 was the active cell and Window Freeze panes was selected then rows 1 through 8 (Rows above) will get frozen as well as Columns A, B and C (Columns on the left) will get frozen.

If this is not what you were asking then another feature which can be used is called Split window which can help you to divide your spreadsheet into four separate windows.

You will observe that you have two Horizontal and vertical scroll bars. You can use these to navigate a large spreadsheet.
