Can Macro be used for everything that word do? by the way, i had a great time at the training

RE: Word

Hi Soran

Thank you for your question, and it's good to hear you enjoyed your training.

Basically a macro can be used to record any sequence of steps that you would normally perform manually in Word, so even though you were shown specific examples in training the idea can be applied to create macros that will do other things for you.

I hope this helps
Amanda

Word tip:

Moving Tabs where you want

This is a Word only tip.

When you are moving tabs using the ruler the pain is that they jump, but if you use the ALT key and then click on the tab it will allow you to move it anywhere you want.

The best bit about this shortcut is that when you press the ALT key the ruler changes and show's you actual tab margin sizes.
