How do I print off only certain rows of data and the headings from a large list of data?

Thanks for your question.

If it is only rows that match certain criteria that you want to print, then you can use an AutoFilter to display just the data that meets your criteria.

To do this, click within your list, then go to Data - Filter - AutoFilter. Dropdown arrows will display beside your column headings from which you can select the criteria you are looking for within certain column/s.

Copying Values Without Formulas in Excel 2010

If you want to copy the contents of a cell but don't want to copy the formula with it then use the following simple method:

Press Ctrl+C to copy the values in the cell. On the Home tab, click Paste and then click Paste Values.
