Calculating Time

can any one help is there a way that I can calculate time very simply

Thank you

RE: Calculating Time

Hi Roger

Time can be calculated in excel by formatting the cell you are using (FORMAT > CELL > GENERAL TAB >TIME), and then entering the time you want. if you create a formula between two cells, say A1 and B1, which have two different times in it, you can get an answer.

So,

=A1-B1
woulds calculate the difference between to times.

Regards

Richard
