How do I hide some of the rows in my project sheet so that only some of the summary tasks show?

RE: Microsoft Project Views

Hi Caroline

Using filters you can show only summary tasks that are relevant to your requirements. Click on the autofilter button (the funnel on the formatting toolbar) to turn on filters then apply your criteria using the drop down triangles beside each column name.

I hope this helps - do let us know if you have any further questions.

Kind regards,

Andrew

MS Project tip:

Autofit column width – Project (all versions)

At the top of the columns where each column name is located (Task Name, Duration, etc.), hover over the vertical column line which you want to move.

A short bold vertical line will appear, with horizontal arrows pointing left and right.

Left click and hold this icon and it will permit you to grab the column line, allowing you to move it left or right to your desired location.
