When you are in print mode how can you get the text to fit to page without messing about with the margins?

Thanks for your question.

If you go into Print Preview, then there is a 'Shrink to Fit' button at the top of your screen that you can click, and it will scale the text in the document to fit on a page. Then click the Print button at the top of the Print Preview screen to send the document to the printer.
