Excel cut and paste

How do I cut and paste columns from one spread sheet to another?

RE: Excel cut and paste

Hi Helen

Simply click on the column you want to cut, Press the CUT toolbar icon (scissors), and then go to the sheet you want to paste it into. Highlight the column you want to paste into, and then press the PASTE toolbar icon.

Multiple columns can be selected to cut by using the SHIFT Key. Simply select the first column, hold SHIFT and then click the last column you want to select.

Regards

Richard
