Convert table to text (in Microfoft Word 2007)

I have been trying to convert a table to a line of text, where each entry is separated by a comma. Although I tick the "comma" box, the text appears with each entry on a different line. Can you help?

RE: Convert table to text (in Microfoft Word 2007)

Hi Francoise

Thank you for your question.

It would help if I could see the table you are working with - would you be able to copy it into a document and save as a Word 97-2003 file and send to info@stl-training.co.uk?

Amanda

Word tip:

Create Blank Lines in Lists

If you in the middle of writing a numbered or bulleted list you may want to insert a blank line between the points to make the list more readable. To do this:

While in the middle of typing a list:

Press Shift+Enter and your cursor will stay in the list and move down a line without inserting another bullet or number.

Press Enter and a new bullet or number will form.

This can be useful in case your lists contain items several sentences long, as blank lines between the items may make your lists more readable.
