RE: Styles on a workbook
Thank you for your question.
To create a new style:
1. Select a cell that has the combination of formats you want to include in the new style.
2. On the Format menu, click Style.
3. In the Style name box, type a name for the new style.
4. To define and apply the style to the selected cells, click OK. To define the style without applying it, click Add, and then click Close.
Otherwise if you format the sheet how you wish to, then save it as a template, the sheet can be reused multiple times with the same formatting.
To save a file as a template, go to File - Save as and choose .xlt Excel template from the Save as type list before saving.
Welcome. Please choose your application (eg. Excel) and then post your question.
Our Microsoft Qualified trainers will then respond within 24 hours (working days).
Any suggestions, questions or comments? Please post in the Improve the forum thread.
