Power Bi Licencing.

Firstly, if you and your colleagues each have Power BI Desktop installed on your devices, then you can view each others reports without a licence. If you have a standard Office 365 licence and your colleagues don't have Power BI Desktop installed but you do, then you can publish your reports to 'My Workspace' on the Power BI service and export these reports either as PDFs or embedded Powerpoint slides via the 'Export' option in the menu. These outputted reports can be easily viewed by your colleagues
