How do I add names to a spreadsheet for them to form a certain colour and if there name appears more than once on a sheet, how can I make it a colour to make it to my knowledge

RE: Conditional formatting

Hi Georgia,

Thank you for the forum question.

Select the range in which you want to enter the names.

Click Conditional Formatting, place your mouse courser on top of Highlight Cell Rules, and click Duplicate Values.

Kind regards
