Tooltips
Can tool tips be adjusted to show different information for different clients. e.g. in a client presentation it shows their project names but for other clients it shows a project reference e.g. Project 1,2, 3 etc

Yes but you will have the create the logic.
I created a matrix and added the Sales Reps first name and the sales. I use the data model from the course.
Then I created a custom tooltip page and wrote the measure below.
Text to display = "this is a text string " & SWITCH(SELECTEDVALUE(Reps[INITIALS],"non"), "HDN", VALUES(Reps[COMMISSION RATE]),"tas",VALUES(Reps[REGION]),"It is not TAS or HDN")
When I added the custom tooltip page to the matrix, the custom tooltip showed the sales reps' commission rate if I hovered over the sales rep with the initials HDN and the the sales rep's region, when I hovered over the sales rep with the initials TAS. When I hovered over the rest of the sales reps, I just got "It is not TAS or HDN".
