I would like to know what features will still be available after the temporary licence expires and we are on the 'free' edition, i.e. if it will be feasible to use without the monthly subscription.

Thank you for the forum question.
Mostly it is a question about sharing reports and dashboards.
In the free version, you cannot share workspaces, reports, and dashboards.
