Excel for Finance Professionals

Is there a text book that you would recommend as a useful reference when using the Power Query function? Whether a more general book like Excel Bible 2019 or a more specific book like Excel Power Pivot & Power Query for Dummies? (Am I right in thinking Excel 2019 and Excel 365 are the same apart from the license model?)

RE: Excel for Finance Professionals

Hi Martin,

Thank you for the forum question.

I found a couple of books on Amazon, but I do not have any of them, so I am sorry I cannot really recommend any of them. They look fine.

If I wanted to buy a book about Power Query, I would buy:

https://www.amazon.co.uk/Collect-Combine-Transform-Business-Skills-ebook/dp/B07HP9J35M/ref=sxbs_sxwds-stvp?cv_ct_cx=Excel +Query&keywords=Excel+Query&pd_rd_i=B07HP9J35M&pd_rd_r=7afaec25-559e-41cf-aa23-5e3477560181&pd_rd_w=MKFbD&pd_rd_wg=5UMKG&pf_rd_p=7dc56c0d-8a5f-4d97-9143-7233b106859a&pf_rd_r=MC927YKY1A9DK4AFMES9&psc=1&qid=1583244930

I have watched videos on YouTube to get my knowledge. Yes the query is the same in 365 and 2019

Kind regards
