Hi Amy,
Thank you for the forum question.
Unfortunately we don't have this functionality in Excel. It can be done in MS Word. There is a walk around in Excel but it has to be done by VBA coding and it is not an easy task.

Excel tip:Removing custom dictionary entriesIf you add something to the custom dictionary in Excel you cannot remove it. The way to get around this is to go into word and remove it there. |
