Excel Data

Good afternoon.

I am working as Administrator, and my Line Manager ask me to put the Data on Excel.

I believe I have to much Data to put on Excel Sheet as Series number, Legent key, Weight and Time.

Could you please let me know if it is possible to put all that data on Excel Sheet to be shown in Graphs. If it is an opportunity to put the Time and Weight in one line; example: 1.25PM 560 or 11.25AM 250. So it could be shown on Graphs in one line as Data Labels.

Kind regards

Olga

RE: Excel Data

Hi Olga,

You can keep all that data in Excel. The excel sheet has around a million rows so that should be enough for most things. Is your data set that large?

When you create a chart you do not have to include all items. You can select out the particular items you want to plot.

Does this help?
I'm not sure quite what your concern is? If you can add in your remaining questions I can address them directly.

thanks
Claire
