Summarising data

I would like to create a sheet which is linked to a current existing sheet so that i can change the information on the existing sheet and it directly affect the new sheet.

The current sheet is series of questions. if somebody puts in the answer i want this to be summarised on the next sheet.

Sheet 1
do you have a dog.....yes
does it eat.................yes

Sheet 2
Dog eat
yes yes

i want the next answer form a different person to come underneath the answer of the first person.

any help with this would be much appreciated?
