Hi,
I have leave dates in Column A and Length of Service (LoS) in Column B.
I'd like to calculate the average LoS when there is no leave date in Column A (ISBLANK), so exclude any value in Column B when there is a value in Column B.
I've tried various methods but all I get is the average for ALL of Column B.
Can you help please?
