Hi Sana,
Thank you for the forum question.
Dropdown menus are created by setup up data validation.
You can type the list or you can use a range in which you have the options you want on you dropdown.
1 select the cell or range where you want to use the list.
2 Go to the Data tab on the ribbon. Click Data Validation in the Data Tools group.
3 In the Data Validation dialog box select List from the Allow list.
4 Click inside the Source: box.
5 Type the option separated by a comma (January,February,March) or select a range in you sheet with the option you want to select from the dropdown.
6 Click OK
I hope this can help you to create dropdown menus.
