RAG Status Based on Finish Date

Hi Julia,

I assume you are comfortable with setting up Custom Fields

The formula you need is

IIf([Baseline Finish]-[Finish]>=5,"Green",IIf([Baseline Finish]-[Finish]>=0,"Yellow",IIf([% Complete]>0,"Blue","Red")))

I've used Baseline Finish because I want to RAG it based on the agreed dates (Baselined) vs the current plan in Project.

You could use the [Start] or [Current Date] fields instead.

The next step is to set up "Values to Display"
Graphical Indicators.
