Please could you advise how to set up a new numbering style. I am able to get to the modify multilevel list but get stuck from thereon in.

Hi Paula,

I think you said yesterday that you wanted Numbered Headings
So you’ve picked the Bullets with 1.1 Headings.

If you click back on the bullets icon 1ai then go down to Define New Multilevel list
Then you can click on the levels on the Right Hand Side and adjust the Text indents below
You can set for all levels – or click on each level number on the right hand side
Once you have a bullet point sorted – highlight it
Go back up to the Styles section on the Home Tab
Click on the Eject Button – then click on Create a quickstyle
Name it Numbered Headings and save

Change an AutoShape to another shape quickly

Having drawn and formatted an AutoShape, you can quickly change the existing shape to a different one while still preserving the formatting changes you made. Follow these simple steps:

1. Click on the shape you want to change (to select it).
2. Click on the Draw button on the drawing toolbar.
3. Select Change AutoShape.
4. Click on the AutoShape that you wish to change the existing shape into.
