Excel page breaks

I have received a document which has numerous page breaks inserted. This document should print on one page but I cannot remove the page breaks. How do I do this?

RE: Excel page breaks

Hi Michelle,

To reset the page breaks:
On the Page Layout tab along the top click on Breaks.
There's a drop down arrow underneath Breaks, click on it and choose Reset Breaks.

Another alternative is:
When you go to Print - You could click on the No Scaling button at the bottom, and select Fit Sheet on One Page.

Let me know if that helped.

Kind regards

RE: Excel page breaks

Hi. Thanks for getting back to me. Neither of these things worked. Can you advise what I should do next? Interestingtly, when I email it to a colleague the unwanted page breaks do not appear on the document. FYI this is a timesheet template which is upated and sent to me weekly from various people.

Many thanks

RE: Excel page breaks

Hi. These two things did not work. Please advise. Many thanks

RE: Excel page breaks

Hi Michelle,

I've sent you an email to reply to. I can't tell whether this is a Page Break issue or an Excel "View" issue. The fact you can email it and it doesn't have the issue makes me suspect it's something else

Thanks

Richard
