Microsoft Outlook 2003

Hi

How do I add a signature to and e-mail?

RE: Microsoft Outlook 2003

Hi Mark,

Thanks for the question,

To add a signature to your email, simply use the Tools menu, down to Options, go to the General Tab and at the bottom of the dialog box there is a button that says "Email options". This will bring up a new dialog box where you can add in a new signature.

I hope that is clear, if you have any questions etc etc please get back to me

Outlook tip:

What's the difference between Outlook and Outlook Express?

Outlook Express is a 'pared-down' version of Outlook that is included with MS Internet Explorer.

Outlook is one of the five major applications included in the MS Office suite. It offers many more features to users, which are business-oriented, such as making appointments or meetings.
