RE: Control Chart

Hi Nirubiha

Can I check with you whether you are using Excel 2013 or 2010?

Here is an example created in Excel 2010 showing the mean, max and min values as line charts and the data as a 2D-column.

I used the following functions for the calculations

=AVERAGE($B$2:$B$13)
=MAX($B$2:$B$13)
=MIX($B$2:$B$13)

where the data is in B2:D13

Data Mean Max Min
Jan 74 57.75 100 12
Feb 61 57.75 100 12
Mar 47 57.75 100 12
Apr 100 57.75 100 12
May 57 57.75 100 12
Jun 22 57.75 100 12
Jul 99 57.75 100 12
Aug 80 57.75 100 12
Sep 12 57.75 100 12
Oct 22 57.75 100 12
Nov 73 57.75 100 12
Dec 46 57.75 100 12

Then create as a line chart and change the first series to Column 2D-Chart.

Please let me know if it is similar to what you want.
