How can vba be used to find the area of a shape in excel?

Hi Rowan,
Thank you for the forum question. If it is a free form shape it is not possible. If it is a circle, rectangle, square or other shapes we by using math can calculate we can do it if we know the math.
We can also do it in the worksheet. If you select the shape you can find the height and width under the format tab.
